The IMMOBILISATION, during and after !
- At this precise moment, I felt a heat rising in my belly and spreading throughout the body, accompanied by a progressive stiffening of the muscles, especially of the mind
- I did not even have the will to move. Although this was not pleasant for me
- For me it went smoothly. My limbs, my smile, became fixed
- Internally everything slowed down, calmed, soothed
- Inability to move the limbs and especially the eyes
- During the instants of immobilization I felt my whole physical body solidifying and stiffening.
- I was conscious in my body but there was no more movement
- The more the time was passing, the more I felt that my body was becoming heavy as a stone. It was inertia !
- I felt inside me that everything was slowing down, my plexus slowly locked up, then my heart, my breathing slowed down, while gradually everything was stiffening. It was gentle and powerful at the same time !
- My thought had stopped !

- The flexibility of my limbs came back, even more, has improved. Because after the experience, my body was much lighter than before and my thoughts much more happy !
- At the end, thanks to JET, I was filled with Joy, Life and I have been deeply serene since
- Finally, what a happiness, because even if, for my part, this experience was not pleasant on the time, I felt so much better after that I'm ready to start again !

Instantly, everything stopped ! Everything was frozen ! (Abidjan, Ivory Coast)
"On May 11, 2014, we were more than 200 people, volunteers, gathered from 8am on the grounds of the INJS in Abidjan, ready to live an exceptional and beneficial event thanks to JET.
All these people were not expecting an immobilization. Only those with access to the Internet had this information.
In a joyful and relaxed atmosphere, participants began to move.
I was at the technical part, waiting for a signal from JET.
We were so many that I thought not everyone had heard and I asked JET to resume.
Everything was frozen.
