A new radiating Buddha Statue !

This temple is located 650 km north-northeast of Bangkok, 45 km away from the city of LOEI.
A warmer and drier region.

The 3rd radiating Buddha !

Also a few km from Surat Thani, in the center of a very broad village, is the third Buddha radiating in the smallest temple, of 12 m² !

Here you see a student Monk receiving his crown of purity from the hands of the Monk in charge of the place, in front of the radiating statue  ...


This student will be ordained as a monk the next day.

The monk on the left is the oldest.
84 years old with a child's heart, and always joking !

This statue is 400 years old !
It was curved in stone as one piece.

The 8th Temple !

In the south, near Surat Thani, here is the 8th Temple which houses another radiating Buddha statue.

The Wat Phra Chaiya Borommathat temple is located in a monastery.

This monastery trains many young Monks who will now

benefit from the goodness of this statue during their training.

A Buddha of 4 meters high, seated, and of color ...

Here in the south of Thailand, not far from the famous islands of Phuket and Kho Lanta, at Surat Thani is a very special temple located in a rather high and deep cave.

In its upper part, the cave leads to a cavity where there are other Buddhas illuminated by a skylight.

This one is 200 years old and 4 meters high !

What is curious about it is, its color and its sitting position, like the one of the Egyptians.

Once the panels were placed, Yves confirmed the extraordinary radiation of the Buddha, as for the previous ones !

The Monk whom you can see on the right, felt in his meditation an opening of his heart, and was filled with joy.

Recommendations : To access this cave in the countryside, you have to pass through forests of Heveas (rubber manufacturing), Teck, and palm trees (palm oil). Yves recommends that you be guided to get there... Unless you have a GPS device very updated and translated into English ... !

For your information, in this region of Surat Thani, there are two other statues of Buddha that radiates.

With this new expedition, that lasted 20hrs overall, discover the second city of Thailand :
Chiang Mai (The Rose of the North).

At 600 km north of Bangkok, 2 million inhabitants live in the foothills,

in a broad green valley, conducive to an abundant and booming agriculture.

Mountains to the east peak at 1200 m, 

The winter residence of the King is situated at 1000 m.

The lowest temperature at the top is 5 ° !

This Buddha is 10 meters high.

Impressive as it is standing up !

It is to be said that Buddha can be presented in 12 different postures of meditation

 (sitting, standing up, crossed-leged, lying down ...).

In this temple, located 450 km north of Bangkok (city Pisanuklok), there is the most popular Buddha in Thailand, which now radiates !

It was the Buddha of the kings.

All came to spend some moments in silence in front of him, before each battle or war ...

It is visited every year by more than 50 million Thais. Consequently, 50 million people will receive his Graces. Add to them the 25 million people of the other Temple, it makes 75 million people !

IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAKE IT KNOWN !

People come with family from far away to see it. Now it is the Buddhists around the world who will come here and benefit from the unthinkable Divine Graces in their lives and for their families.

This sanctuary of several temples, as commonly here, is under the responsibility of a Chief Monk, who  you can see in the photo below.

The latter is highly respected and it is absolutely impossible to put anything in front of the statue.

Yet you see the presentation marble plaques are positioned at the base of the altar.

The Chief Monk responsible of the site asked Princess Mom and Yves to come and talk a few moments to the young monks.

The aim was to confirm them in opening to the world by learning the English language, and to announce the World Premiere, namely the radiation of the 10 statues of the Buddha, on Monday Feb. 25 at 9am for their country.

The Chief Monk hands over to Yves, an autographed book to the attention of JET, as a gesture of thanks.
