SENTENCES FOR CHRISTMAS DAY AND NEW YEAR'S DAY

Here is another present for New Year's day (1rst January) in order to start 2011 in the most beautiful way and help the rest of Mankind at the same time :

HOW TO USE IT:
Always make sure you face the East (place of the rising sun). Then say the exact sentence aloud or silently if you are not alone. Keep your eyes open and your legs and arms uncrossed. When you say the sentence, it will develop wonderful energies in you. Remain passive during 5-10 minutes maximum. Then give Thanks joyfully to God (to your own belief). Remain passive again during 5 minutes as the energies flow in your whole self and body. That's it!
You may say the sentence up to 3 times during the days they are designed for.
